Educando a America turns 20
and we celebrate together!
Who we are
Founded in 2004, Educando a América is a Spanish language program dedicated to creating meaningful and joyful learning experiences for children, youth, and adults. What began as an after-school program for heritage Spanish speakers has grown into a vibrant language school that welcomes learners of all backgrounds.
Our mission is simple: help students live the Spanish language—not just study it. We focus on building communication skills, cultural awareness, and confidence through immersive, real-world learning.
How we teach
At Educando a América, we use a communicative and interactive approach to language learning. This means students learn Spanish the way we learn any language—by using it. Through conversation, games, songs, movement, and storytelling, students develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills naturally and with purpose.
Our lessons are age-appropriate, engaging, and focused on building fluency in a fun, pressure-free environment.
What make us different?
We are not your typical language program. At EA, learning happens through connection, creativity, and culture. We design our classes to be more than just lessons—they are experiences. Our students don’t just memorize vocabulary; they use the language to express themselves, collaborate, and solve problems in real time.
Whether they’re cooking, acting, crafting, or playing, our students are immersed in Spanish every step of the way.
